The institute focuses on Ayurveda, Yoga-Vedanta, Vedic astrology, and their interconnections. It provides examinations of Veda and Tantra along with the background system of Hinduism or ‘Sanatana Dharma’. It emphasizes bringing together the greater Yoga tradition in an integral manner with regard to its Vedic origins. It holds a special regard for the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Kavyakantha Ganapati Muni, and Sri Aurobindo.

The Stott Pilates method has exercises designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. The exercises focus on the following five basic principles: breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement and stabilization, head and cervical spine placement. Assists students to learn neutral body align-ment and proper breathing techniques. These principles provide a tension-free and safe position so that all exercises work effectively.
