Other categories in the program included eating issues (overeating and undereating), deeply embedded habits (drug and alcohol abuse and smoking) and sexual abuse.

Assists students to learn neutral body alignment and proper breathing techniques. These principles provide a tension-free and safe position so that all exercises work effectively.
