    In this Hatha yoga class you will  learn yogic techniques to help maximize mobility and function of various joints of the body (asanas, pranayamas, meditation, mudras, mantras and yoga nidra).

  • Hatha Beginner Yoga

    Instructed in a gentle, supportive manner. Learn to link the breath with movement and increase flexibility, strength and balance. You will learn to relax, rejuvenate and experience yourself in a new way.

  • Yoga Nidra Evening

    Includes some asanas and breath work, but in this class Yoga Nidra, known as “sleep with awareness” lasts 45 minutes! Plan to enjoy a full-body relaxation and deep meditative state of consciousness.

  • Youth Yoga

    Class geared for 8-12 year olds who have an interest in learning the fun side of yoga. Learn basic postures. Enjoy partner poses and activities with friends.
