    This balanced class works with asanas related to each chakra. These chakras are then incorporated into the meditation session and yoga nidra with the vibrations of chakra chimes.

  • Hatha Beginner Yoga

    Instructed in a gentle, supportive manner. Learn to link the breath with movement and increase flexibility, strength and balance. You will learn to relax, rejuvenate and experience yourself in a new way.

  • Hatha Established

    Class geared towards continuing students who have a solid foundation in yoga. Includes asana, pranayama and yoga nidra to deepen the experience of your yoga practice.

  • Hatha Flow Yoga

    Class is an active vinyasa-based (flow) hatha yoga class. Movement is synchronized with the breath to create a balance of energy and to calm the body and mind.

  • Hatha Gentle Yoga

    An unhurried approach to yoga postures, with an emphasis on body awareness and alignment to create a healthy change. Appropriate for seniors, those recovering from injury or students seeking a more gradual approach in a relaxed setting.

  • Hatha Healthy Backs

    For students with current or previous back issues who wish to learn postures to alleviate pain, increase flexibility, core and strength.

  • Hatha Mixed

    A well-balanced class open to all levels of students from beginners to those with more experience.  Asana including inversions, core strengtheners, pranayamas and yoga nidra.

  • Mantra Yoga

    Experience the spiritual/devotional side of yoga with the practice of sanskrit chanting and mantra japa. Finish with a short meditation and mudra to achieve the bliss of yoga.

    Join with a partner to practice breathing together and supporting one another. Balance and coordination are required, along with a sense of humour.

    Build core, strength & stamina with an emphasis on breath & body awareness. Airballs, ChiBalls, Weighted Balls, Bands & Fitness Circles used with an added relaxation component.

  • Pilates / Relax

    Build core, strength & stamina with an emphasis on breath & body awareness. Airballs, ChiBalls, Weighted Balls, Bands & Fitness Circles used with an added relaxation component.

  • Pilates / Yoga Fusion

    Combined class of mat pilates (balls/bands) with the added benefits and relaxation of yoga. Build core strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and rejuvenate your body/mind.

  • Postnatal Yoga

    Goal is to help restore the body back to its original strength and tone. Babies not yet walking are allowed to attend the class with you.

  • Pranayama & Meditation

    Practice different pranayamas to increase prana (vital life force) & attain balance in the body. Use this movement of breath to steady the mind with various meditative techniques.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    A beginning class for pregnant women, who want to increase body and breath awareness, in preparation for childbirth.

  • Preschool Yoga

    A fun and playful yoga class for 3-5 year olds with an educational focus on reading and music. Children discover that learning is fun and that exercise feels really good.

  • Restorative Yoga

    These restorative postures include the use of many props to support and add comfort for the body. The more fully your body is supported the deeper your sense of relaxation will be. This yoga practice will leave you well-nourished and well-rested.

  • Stressbuster Yoga

    Relaxation; rid your body of stress. Emphasis on breath, inversions and supported relaxed postures. Explore deep stillness in the centre of your being.

  • Sun & Moon Salute

    Class comprised of devotional movements to the sun and moon. Rejuvenating and energizing for your body, mind and spirit.

  • Yoga Nidra Evening

    Includes some asanas and breath work, but in this class Yoga Nidra, known as “sleep with awareness” lasts 45 minutes! Plan to enjoy a full-body relaxation and deep meditative state of consciousness.

  • Yoga Sadhana

    Interactive class that invites you to actively participate in the unfolding and understanding of yourself by introducing practical exercises for inner development and self-mastery, which can be practiced in your everyday life. Become conscious of your purpose in life.

  • Youth Yoga

    Class geared for 8-12 year olds who have an interest in learning the fun side of yoga. Learn basic postures. Enjoy partner poses and activities with friends.
