Hatha Yoga encompasses a practice of breath work, postures and relaxation, which will strengthen, stretch and release different muscle groups. Breathing techniques will assist you in your asana practice and with your concentration. Relaxation in meditation and yoga nidra will assist with the calming of your mind and help one to obtain peace.
Summer Yoga Sadhana – Attend classes as your schedule permits or COMMIT to daily classes at the studio in July; morning or evening sessions. YOU MUST REGISTER for any of these classes; Fee: $14.75 (incl. gst) per class. Classes include asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra.
