PilatesInstructed in a gentle, supportive manner. Learn to link the breath with movement and increase flexibility, strength and balance. You will learn to relax, rejuvenate and experience yourself in a new way.
Pilates/Relax Build core, strength & stamina with an emphasis on breath & body awareness with the use of props & an added relaxation component.
Pilates Yoga FusionCombined class of mat pilates and yoga (build core strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and rejuvenate your body/mind).
Hatha Beginner YogaInstructed in a gentle, supportive manner. Learn to link the breath with movement and increase flexibility, strength and balance. You will learn to relax, rejuvenate and experience yourself in a new way.
Hatha Mixed YogaA well-balanced class open to all levels of students, from beginners to those with more experience. Asana including inversions, core strengtheners, pranayamas and yoga nidra.
Restorative YogaThese restorative postures include the use of many props to support and add comfort for the body. The more fully your body is supported the deeper your sense of relaxation will be. This yoga practice will leave you well-nourished and well-rested.

Classes instructed by Helen (Mantrini) Mikuska, a certified SOYA and RYT500 Yoga Teacher who has completed:

  • 3,500 hours in Yoga Teacher Training and workshops (currently has taught 17,000 hours in classes).
  • 100 hours - Stott Pilates Intensive-Plus and Advanced Matwork courses.
  • 600 hours - The American Institute of Vedic Sciences (Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant).
  • 1,000 hours - Sanatana Dharma Satsang, Inc. (Certified Teacher of Mantra) under the teachings of Namadeva Acharya (Thomas Ashley-Farrand).
